About the Opportunity
A rapid-scaling tech services firm in the Quality Assurance & Software Testing sector, we partner with global enterprises to deliver bug-free, user-centric digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise applications. Our manual testers play a critical role in validating functionality, usability, and regression stability—ensuring every release meets top-tier quality benchmarks before reaching end-users.

Role & Responsibilities

- Execute detailed test cases across functional, integration, and regression test cycles for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or similar defect-tracking tools with clear replication steps and severity classification.
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to understand requirements and translate them into comprehensive test scenarios.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge-case issues not covered in scripted test plans.
- Validate UI/UX consistency,



cross-browser compatibility, and mobile responsiveness across devices and platforms.
- Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as part of an agile QA team.
