What you'll do

• Own the automation roadmap across AI data collection, annotation, eLearning, and recruitment.

Whatever problem comes up on a project, you make sure it gets automated well.

• Lead and mentor a team of 2 to 3 automation developers: assign work, review, unblock, and raise the

bar, along with contributing yourself to the required projects.

• Architect and build scalable internal platforms with Claude Code or any other AI tooling (HRMS, project

management, daily work assignment under CB Gigs Platform / CB Nexus).

• Design and lead our upcoming recruitment platform: automated candidate outreach (bulk emailers),

candidate self-service profile updates, job matching, and an internal no-code / low-code layer to cut

manual CV handling across a database of 1M+ resumes.

• Lead bigger builds like our upcoming audio collection app: define the technical parameters (recording

specs, formats, sampling, storage, and QC pipelines) and ship it across web and mobile.

• Own data and scale: design schemas, ensure workflows hold up as volume grows, keep things reliable.

• Lead client calls: understand requirements directly, scope the solution, and translate it for the team;

manage expectations with clients and internal stakeholders through delivery.

• Own project handling and delivery: scope and estimate work, break it down across the team, track

progress, and hit timelines.

• Ship fast, and make the right call on when a quick vibe-coded tool needs to graduate into something

more robust.

What we're looking for

• 2 to 4 years in software development, automation, or a similar engineering role.

• Proven ability to ship real tools and platforms fast using AI coding tools (Claude Code / Cursor /

similar).

• Solid database skills (schema design, SQL, handling scale)



and a good sense of system design.

• Experience (formal or informal) leading or mentoring others.

• Good communication and stakeholder skills: comfortable being client-facing, gathering requirements,

and keeping clients and internal teams aligned.

• Strong ownership: takes a vague business problem and drives it to a shipped, working solution.

Tools & stack

We're contemporary-tools-first and we ship fast with AI. Be strong in several of these, and able to pick up the rest

quickly:

• Databases at scale: Supabase / Postgres, schema design, and pgvector (or similar) for resume matching

/ embeddings across our 1M+ CV base.

• Workflow automation: n8n / Make, plus scripting in Python / JavaScript.

• LLM APIs: Claude and others, woven into products and workflows.

• Web + app delivery: React / Next.js, and mobile (React Native / Flutter) for builds like the audio

collection app.

• Media / audio handling: recording specs, formats, sampling parameters, storage / CDN, and QC

pipelines.

• Deployment & reliability: Vercel or a cloud (AWS / GCP), basic CI, and monitoring.

Nice to have

• Experience with APIs, integrations, data pipelines, or candidate / user-facing platforms.

• Background or interest in AI data services, HR tech, or recruitment tech.
