Next Square Feet is a real estate tech platform. We sell property listing subscription plans to owners, agents, and builders. We need someone who can bring leads WITHOUT spending on ads.

The Role
We’re hiring a Digital Lead Generation Expert who is an expert at getting leads with ₹0 ad budget.
If you know how to use AI free tools, organic social, and data mining to fill the sales pipeline - this job is for you.

This is for scrappy, creative people who can turn free tools into revenue.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zero-Budget Lead Generation
- Generate 50-100 quality leads/week using only organic methods
- Use Facebook Groups, Instagram Reels, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, Quora, Reddit, Property forums
- Run WhatsApp broadcasts, community building, and DM outreach at scale

2. Data Mining & Research
- Find and build databases of property owners, agents, builders from free sources: Google Maps, JustDial, 99acres, Magicbricks, FB Groups
- Clean, verify, and segment data in Google Sheets/Excel
- Enrich data using free AI tools like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Apollo free tier, Hunter free

3. AI Tools + Automation
- Expert in free AI tools for: Content creation,



lead scraping, email writing, follow-up sequences
- Tools to know: ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva, Google Alerts, Apify free, PhantomBuster free trials, Make/Zapier free
- Set up basic automations to save time

4. Content & Outreach
- Write cold DMs, WhatsApp messages, and emails that get replies
- Create organic posts/reels to attract property owners and agents
- Follow-up system to convert cold leads to warm leads for Sales team

5. Reporting
- Daily lead report: Source, Volume, Quality
- Weekly experiment report: "What worked with zero budget"

Who Should Apply
1. 1-4 years in Lead Gen, Growth, Digital Marketing, or B2C Sales
2. Must Have Skills:
- Proven track record of generating leads with NO ad spend
- Expert in Data Mining and Google Search operators
- Power user of free AI tools: ChatGPT, Canva, Sheet formulas, etc.
- Strong copywriting for DMs and emails
3. Mindset: Hustler, Problem Solver, Growth Hacker. You don’t say “no budget so can’t do”
4. Tech: Own Laptop, Internet, Smartphone

Salary & Incentives
- Fixed: ₹10,000 per month based on experience
- Bonus: ₹2000 - ₹5000 for hitting monthly lead targets
- Growth: Promote to "Growth Expert" in 6 months based on results
