We are looking for enthusiastic and analytical Fresh Graduates to join our Leasing Team as Credit Manager / Credit Analyst (Fresher). This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in credit analysis, financial assessment, lease documentation, and transaction execution while working closely with experienced professionals.

Position Details

Designation: Credit Manager / Credit Analyst (Fresher) – Leasing Team

Reporting To: Team Leader – Leasing

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

Credit Assessment & Financial Analysis

- Collect and review financial statements, bank statements, GST returns, Income Tax Returns, and KYC documents.

- Assist in analyzing financial performance, repayment capacity, cash flows, and business operations.

- Support the preparation of basic credit assessments and financial summaries.

- Assist in preparing:

- Credit Assessment Reports

- Financial Analysis

- CMA Data

- Financial Projections

- Credit Notes

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial information before submission.

Leasing Transaction Support

- Assist in processing leasing proposals from application to disbursement.

- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Leasing Companies, Financial Institutions, and equipment vendors.

- Support execution of leasing transactions for:

- Equipment Leasing

- Machinery Leasing

- Vehicle Leasing

- Office Equipment Leasing





- Commercial Asset Financing

- Track proposal status and follow up for approvals, documentation, and disbursement.

- Ensure timely execution of leasing transactions.

Documentation & Proposal Preparation

- Prepare and maintain:

- Leasing Proposals

- Credit Notes

- CMA Data

- Client Information Sheets

- Financial Summaries

- Collect, verify, and organize financial, legal, KYC, and compliance documents.

- Coordinate with Legal, Operations, and Compliance teams for seamless execution.

- Maintain complete and accurate documentation records.

Lender & Vendor Coordination

- Coordinate with Banks, NBFCs, Leasing Companies, Financial Institutions, and equipment vendors.

- Follow up for:

- Proposal processing

- Credit approvals

- Documentation

- Lease agreements

- Compliance requirements

- Disbursement

- Track proposal progress and ensure timely communication with all stakeholders.

Client Coordination

- Communicate with clients to collect financial and operational information.

- Guide clients regarding documentation requirements and leasing processes.

- Provide regular updates on proposal status and transaction progress.

- Address routine client queries under the guidance of senior team members.

- Ensure a qualified and responsive client experience.

MIS & Reporting

Maintain and update:

- Client Database

- Proposal Tracker

- Leasing MIS

- Documentation Tracker

- Transaction Status Reports

- Prepare daily and weekly MIS reports.

- Ensure timely reporting and adherence to internal documentation standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification

- B.Com

- BBA

- BMS

- BBI

- BAF

- BBM

- Any equivalent Commerce or Finance qualification

Experience

- Freshers (0–1 Year)





- Internship experience in Banking, NBFC, Leasing, Finance, Credit, or Financial Services will be an added advantage.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of financial statements and accounting concepts.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

- Good analytical and numerical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to coordinate with clients and internal teams.

- Good documentation and organizational skills.

- Willingness to learn leasing products and credit processes.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

- Basic knowledge of credit appraisal and financial analysis.

- Understanding of leasing and asset finance products.

- Familiarity with banking or NBFC processes through internships or academic projects.

- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work collaboratively.
