Inside Sales Executive

Location: Noida, Sector 135
Experience: 6 months – 2 year
Qualification: Any Graduate

Language Needed: Good English & Hindi

Budget: 3.6 CTC

Job Role :

- Talk to customers from different cities over phone.

- Explain products and close sales on calls.

- Handle customer questions and give correct information.

- Make outbound calls to current leads and build a customer database.

- Understand what the customer needs and suggest the right solution.

- Follow the company training while speaking to customers.

- Use phone, WhatsApp, email, and online tools to reach out to customers.

- Record all customer details and updates in the system.

- Follow company processes, quality rules, and daily schedule.

What We Expect:

- Minimum 6 months of inside sales or telesales experience.

- Strong communication in English and Hindi.

- Good attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.

- Ability to convince customers and close deals.
