Gaiagen Technologies is a dynamic and innovative organization that values its people and culture. As a People & Culture Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our HR function and driving employee engagement, organizational culture, performance management, and HR compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field, and 6-10 years of experience in HR management, employee engagement, and organizational culture. You will be responsible for managing and strengthening our HR function end-to-end (excluding payroll), driving employee engagement, and aligning HR strategies with business goals.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve employee experience.



You will also develop and implement HR systems and processes to support business growth, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with HR regulations.
