We are seeking an experienced Operations Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects. The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, planning guidelines, and prioritization criteria to the Central Planning team, ensuring high-level schedule development.

They will conduct site visits, assess execution feasibility, and ensure on-ground realities are reflected in planning assumptions. The Operations Lead will facilitate coordination with cross-functional teams, participate in client progress meetings, and ensure client-requested changes are formally captured and approved.

They will also oversee risk identification, review high-impact schedule, cost, and material risks, and drive cross-functional mitigation strategies. Additionally, the Operations Lead will lead AMC discussions with clients, negotiate and finalize AMC terms, and provide the AMC/service team with the finalized AMC scope, timelines, and relevant technical details.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, risk management, and leadership.



They will have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to negotiate and finalize contracts.

The Operations Lead will work closely with the Central Planning team, procurement, factory, design, logistics, and site teams to ensure seamless project execution and issue resolution.

They will also be responsible for tracking AMC revenue targets, ensuring timely invoicing and collections, and proactively reaching out to clients for contract renewal discussions.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and be able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

They will be a strategic thinker, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.

The Operations Lead will be a key member of the team, working closely with the leadership to drive business growth and profitability.
