We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, and routine accounting activities.

The ideal candidate should have solid accounting knowledge, excellent follow-up skills, and hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally or similar ERP systems.

As an Accounts Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, maintaining accurate records, and providing timely support to our sales teams and clients.

You will be responsible for generating and sharing customer invoices accurately and on time, tracking incoming payments and following up with customers for outstanding dues, and maintaining customer ageing reports and ensuring timely collections.

You will also be responsible for reconciling customer accounts and resolving billing/payment discrepancies, coordinating with sales teams and clients regarding payment-related queries and collections, and processing vendor invoices and ensuring timely payments.

Additionally,



you will be responsible for verifying vendor invoices against purchase orders, contracts, and approvals, maintaining vendor master records and reconciling vendor statements, and monitoring payment schedules to avoid delays, penalties, or missed payments.

You will also be responsible for coordinating with vendors to resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, performing periodic bank reconciliations, matching receipts and payments with bank transactions, investigating and resolving unreconciled entries and discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records of banking transactions.
