*Key Responsibilities*
· Handling inbound and outbound calls from delivery riders through the IVR support system.
· Resolving rider queries related to orders, payments, incentives, attendance, login issues, and app functionality.
· Providing real-time assistance for delivery-related problems such as order assignment, navigation, customer issues, or order cancellations.
· Escalating complex issues to relevant departments and tracking resolution status.
Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum Graduate / Undergraduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telecalling, recruitment coordination,
