We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities to meet production targets.

This is a challenging role that requires strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production planning, quality control, and process improvement, with experience in handling production teams and meeting production targets.

The Production Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation of manufacturing processes while maintaining quality standards. This includes monitoring production schedules and optimizing manpower, machinery, and resources.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams for seamless production flow. This includes implementing and monitoring Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.





The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for identifying production issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions. This includes ensuring adherence to quality standards and minimizing production downtime and wastage.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production reports. This includes training and guiding production staff to improve efficiency and productivity.

The Production Supervisor will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing performance.
