Varaha is a climate and agriculture-focused company dedicated to improving farming practices while supporting environmental sustainability. We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to connect with farmers, collect and verify information, and support project operations.

The role involves regular communication with farmers, data verification, and coordination with field teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for calling farmers and maintaining regular communication regarding project activities, collecting, verifying, and updating farmer information, and validating data received from field teams through phone verification.

You will also review photos and videos submitted from the field for accuracy and completeness, identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information, and report discrepancies and issues to the concerned field teams. Additionally, you will maintain daily records, reports, and activity trackers,



and coordinate effectively with internal teams to support project execution.
