We are seeking an experienced Freight Forwarding Branch Manager to lead our team and drive business growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving budgeted net margin month-on-month, controlling OPEX, and ensuring alignment with gross margins.
The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on account receivables, timely and accurate billing, and Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). They will also be responsible for meeting personal KPIs and financial targets, driving yield enhancement across all Lines of Business (LOBs), and ensuring smooth functioning of all operations across departments and lines of business.
The Branch Manager will also be responsible for implementing and monitoring quality compliance and operational standards.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the freight forwarding industry and be able to lead a team of professionals to achieve business objectives.
