We are seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Staff Nurse to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional medical care, conducting health assessments, and promoting occupational wellness programs.

The ideal candidate will have solid clinical skills, excellent communication, and patient record management skills. They will be able to provide professional first aid, administer CPR, and efficiently manage onsite medical emergencies.

Responsibilities will include conducting routine health assessments, pre-employment/periodic screenings, and maintaining meticulous employee medical records. The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing occupational wellness programs and actively educating employees on preventive health and hygienic practices.

They will work closely with the Health & Safety (EHS) team to identify,



evaluate, and mitigate workplace hazards. The successful candidate will also ensure strict adherence to factory health acts, company policies, and relevant legal safety regulations.
