Job Purpose

Lead end-to-end business tech transformation and enhancement projects.

Support business users during implementation, change requests, and process improvements.

Identify application/process gaps and recommend feasible solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Requirement Analysis

Participate in business discussions to understand problem statements.

Review and analyze requirements, FSDs, and system processes.

Propose feasible solutions aligned to current system capabilities.

- Documentation, Communication & Collaboration

Prepare BRDs with end-to-end process journeys.

Obtain stakeholder sign-offs for BRD & FSD.

Raise FPNs and maintain documentation in PPM/JIRA.

Communicate requirements effectively to IT/development/vendor teams.

Track progress to ensure projects remain on schedule.

- Testing

Understand test scenarios; prepare test plans, cases, traceability (via JIRA/Zephyr).





Ensure coverage of all functional test scenarios.

Report and track UAT defects until resolution; follow escalation matrix.

Perform post-implementation testing and continuous control self-assessments.

Monitor changes in ITPP.

- Quality & Governance

Ensure adherence to ITPP for all projects/CRs.

Conduct daily control checks where relevant.

Monitor business/audit queries and share daily/weekly reports with stakeholders.

- Training & Production Support

Prepare training modules/documentation for stakeholders.

Conduct trainings for business users on new implementations.

Perform PIR post-go-live; provide Level-2 production support.

- Ongoing Improvements

Identify improvement opportunities and grey areas.

Engage with users to refine processes based on benchmarking and regulatory trends.

Educational Qualifications

B.Tech / B.Com / B.Sc.

Experience

8–11 years of experience.

Banking exposure preferred (added advantage).

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile, and project management.

Analytical mindset with logical problem-solving ability.

Solid communication and presentation skills.

Domain knowledge relevant to business processes.

Major Stakeholders

Internal: IT, BSG, Audit, Compliance, Business Users.

External: Application vendors, external auditors.
