Plant Operations Manager / Production Head (1 Position) - Priority

Location: Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh

Experience: 5–7 Years

Industry Preference: Agricultural Implements Manufacturing, Farm Equipment, Tractor Industry, Heavy Fabrication Manufacturing

Salary: Around 70K. Negotiable based on experience, technical knowledge, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall plant operations, production planning, and manufacturing activities.

Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

Monitor productivity, quality standards, and operational efficiency.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.

Implement process improvements to reduce wastage and increase output.

Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company policies.

Handle manpower planning, workforce management, and shop floor discipline.

Maintain production reports and MIS for management review.

Required Skills:





Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production management.

Experience in fabrication, assembly, and agricultural equipment manufacturing preferred.

Leadership and team management skills.

Ability to troubleshoot production-related issues and improve efficiency.

Valuable communication and coordination abilities.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandsaur, Madhya Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
