Job Summary

Metadata is seeking enthusiastic and tech-savvy fresh graduates to join our Power Platform team as Technical Trainees. This is an excellent opportunity to launch your career by working on enterprise-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for clients in the Middle East, India, and the USA. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and be trained to develop real-world CRM and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Participate in a structured training program focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform.
- Learn and develop solutions using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Power Pages.
- Gain hands-on experience with Copilot Studio and AI Builder for intelligent automation.
- Understand and apply Azure fundamentals and cloud integration basics.
- Engage in client requirement analysis and business process mapping for enterprise solutions.
- Collaborate with senior team members on real-world projects and contribute to solution design.
- Develop a strong understanding of CRM concepts and Microsoft technologies.

Qualifications

Skills:

- Working knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., C#, Java, C, C++).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML, jQuery, and JavaScript.
- Solid English communication skills (verbal and written).




- Eagerness to learn Dynamics 365, Power Pages, Power Apps, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
- Awareness of or interest in Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and Power Platform AI features.
- Problem-solving attitude and a proactive, self-driven approach.
- Team player with strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.

Education:

- BCA, BSc, B.Tech, MCA, MSc CS, or MSc IT.

Attributes:

- Genuine passion for programming, computers, and emerging technologies (including AI and Copilot).
- Willingness to travel onsite as and when required.
- Ability to gradually take ownership of enterprise-level solutions and business needs.
