We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and support sales and customer coordination. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams, customers, and vendors.

The role requires close coordination to ensure timely invoicing, collections, and backend reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling MSME warning monitoring and reporting, performing Tally stock checking, maintaining asset registers, and ensuring accurate maintenance of accounting records.

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for sharing sales data, tracking order status, and reviewing and processing negative order approvals. The role also involves managing email communication with customers and internal teams,



following up with the sales team and customers for pending payments, and handling customer payment tracking and confirmations.

The Accounts Executive will also be responsible for monitoring weekly collections and overdue payments, preparing and sharing periodic reports on collections, outstanding amounts, and follow-ups, and coordinating with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate backend submissions.
