Porter is seeking energetic and target-oriented Field Workers (Onboarding Executives) to recruit and onboard delivery partners through field activities and candidate interaction.
As a Field Worker (Onboarding Executive), you will be responsible for visiting assigned locations to hire delivery partners, explaining onboarding process and job details to candidates, and assisting with registration and document collection.
You will also maintain daily onboarding reports, coordinate with operations and HR teams, and travel locally for recruitment activities.
