Job Summary
The Field Executive is responsible for supporting Porter's day-to-day field operations by onboarding customers and driver-partners, conducting field visits, verifying documents, resolving operational issues, and ensuring excellent customer service while achieving assigned business targets.
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit assigned locations to meet customers and driver-partners.
2. Onboard current customers and driver-partners.
3. Verify KYC and other required documents.
4. Promote Porter's logistics services.
5. Conduct market surveys and identify business opportunities.
6. Resolve customer and driver-partner queries.
7. Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations.
8. Maintain daily activity reports through the company application.
9. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
