Key Responsibilities

Compensation Configuration: Set up base salary plans, allowances, bonus programs, merit cycles, grades, and eligibility rules within Workday HCM.

Workday Doc Layout: Design, customize, and maintain complex formatted business document layouts like compensation statements, total rewards using doc layout.

Data & Integration Support: Build custom reports, calculated fields, and leverage Enterprise Interface Builders (EIB) data exchange.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Core Expertise: Hands-on configuration experience in Workday Core compensation module.

• Technical Reporting: Proficiency in workday doc layout design, advanced reports, XML data sources, and Workday Calculated Fields.

• Collaboration: Robust communication skills to support testing phases (UAT/SIT), troubleshooting data errors, and post-production.

Must Know Skill: Workday Advance Compensation with knowledge of Bonus accruals
