It is India's largest home-grown comfort wear brand. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to manage core HR functions at our apparels Factory unit.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working in a Factory environment, with a strong understanding of labor laws, compliance and workforce management, HR Policies, labor hiring and employee grievance handling.

As a Senior Executive - HR, you will be responsible for handling employee grievances, disciplinary matters and maintaining positive employee relations. You will also ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements and factory regulations, and coordinate with government authorities for audits, inspections and licensing activities.

Additionally, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, induction and exit formalities, maintain employee records, attendance, leave management and payroll coordination, and implement HR policies and ensure adherence across factory and office operations.

You will also drive employee engagement, retention and workplace culture initiatives,



support training and development programs to enhance workforce capabilities, and prepare HR reports and provide workforce-related insights to management.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about HR and has a strong understanding of labor laws and statutory compliance. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be proficient in MS Office and HR software/tools.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field, and a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience in the apparel/textile industry.
