The Business Development Executive will be responsible for converting leads through outbound calling and handling inbound enquiries effectively. They will manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure, achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets, and maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM.





The successful candidate will build strong client relationships through consultative selling and identify opportunities for upselling. They will work closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the organization.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales and business development. They will have excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Bengali, and be proficient in CRM tools and MS Office.
