Job Description – Service Executive (After Sales & Service)

Location: Gurugram

Position: Service Executive

Experience: Freshers & Experienced

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

 Handle customer queries related to after-sales service.

 Coordinate with service partners and field engineers.

 Track service requests and ensure timely resolution (TAT).

 Manage customer escalations professionally.

 Follow up on open service cases until closure.

 Prepare daily MIS reports and maintain service records.

 Respond to customer emails professionally.

 Maintain high customer satisfaction (CSAT).

Required Skills

 Good English communication (written and verbal).

 Basic computer knowledge.

 Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

 Positive email drafting skills.

 Excellent customer handling and problem-solving skills.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Eligibility

 Graduate in any discipline.
