Job Summary: The Junior Technician is an entry-level to intermediate role responsible for assisting in the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of our LNG and EV heavy commercial trucks. This position is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in a rapidly evolving and future-focused industry. The Junior Technician will work under the guidance of a Senior Technician to develop the necessary skills and knowledge to become a skilled professional.

Key Responsibilities:

 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Assistance:

o Assist Senior Technicians in performing diagnostics and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and high-voltage systems of LNG and EV trucks.

o Carry out routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid checks.

o Perform basic troubleshooting and repairs under supervision.

 Workshop Operations:

o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working order.

o Properly document work performed, including parts used and service logs, under the guidance of a Senior Technician.

o Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, particularly those related to high-voltage and cryogenic systems.

 Learning & Development:





o Actively participate in training programs and seek to continuously improve technical skills and knowledge of LNG and EV technologies.

o Learn to use specialized diagnostic equipment and tools.

o Follow instructions from Senior Technicians and supervisors to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and accurately.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: ITI certification in trades such as Diesel Mechanic, Motor Vehicle Mechanic (MMV), Electrician, or other trades related to heavy commercial vehicles.

 Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an automotive or heavy commercial vehicle workshop is preferred.

Freshers with a passion for the field and a relevant ITI certification are also encouraged to apply.

 Technical Proficiency:

o Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

o Familiarity with workshop tools and equipment.

 Physical Requirements:
