Store Operations

1. Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and compliance with company policies.

3. Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, stock audits, and loss prevention.
4. Ensure accurate billing, cash handling, and end-of-day reconciliation.

Team Leadership

1. Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate store staff.
2. Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance and productivity.
3. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve employee performance.
