We are seeking an experienced Escalation Executive to join our customer support team at Online Retail Pvt. Ltd. in Gurugram. As an Escalation Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer escalations received via various channels, responding to complaints on social media, managing customer emails, and coordinating with internal teams and service partners.

Your primary goal will be to ensure all escalations are resolved within defined timelines, while maintaining excellent customer experience and delivering high CSAT scores.

You will be working closely with our internal teams, including customer support, sales, and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues.
