As an Escalation Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer escalations received via various channels, responding to complaints on social media, managing customer emails, and coordinating with internal teams and service partners.
Your primary goal will be to ensure all escalations are resolved within defined timelines, while maintaining excellent customer experience and delivering high CSAT scores.
