The role combines account management with oordination across orders, logistics, and collections.Sales & Business Development
- Manage and grow sales of radio-tracers and allied products within given territory
- Identify, engage, and onboard recent customers to expand the Companys commercial footprint
- Conduct regular in-person visits and structured follow-ups to deepen relationships and drive repeat business





Account & Customer Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, and channel partners
- Manage the full order lifecycle: order punching, confirmation, and discrepancy resolution
- Track and follow up on outstanding receivables; coordinate with internal finance and customers for timely collections
- Address customer queries and complaints promptly

Marketing & Product Support
- Execute marketing initiatives and product awareness campaigns at the territory level
- Educate customers on clinical applications, compliance requirements, and operational aspects of Company products

Logistics & Operational Coordination
- Coordinate with production, dispatch, and logistics teams to ensure on-time, compliant delivery of time-sensitive radiopharmaceutical products
- Maintain accurate records of orders, visits, collections, and market activity
