About the job – Digital Designer

The Role

As a Digital Designer, you'll produce display ads, email campaigns, and websites for hotels, airlines, and tourism companies across one of advertising's most competitive verticals. This is an execution-focused role. You'll manage multiple customer projects at once, each with its own established brand guidelines, and take pride in delivering creative that consistently performs.

You'll collaborate closely with Client Success Managers and the Design Team Lead as part of a growing creative team.

- Working remotely or from our Noida office, you'll get hands-on experience across digital production in a travel industry that never stands still.

Responsibilities

- Design HTML5 and static display banner ads for customer campaigns
- Use best practices to design large volumes of high-quality animated display advertising
- Build ads that reflect cohesive and consistent design with the customer's brand
- Create ad copy in the absence of copy being provided
- Take initiative to give recommendations on ad designs in the absence of direction
- Ensure quality assurance from start to finish
- Submit designs for approval in a timely manner
- Design, segment, and schedule email campaigns
- Use best practices and cohesive design to align with the customer's branding
- Design large volumes of monthly templated emails based on a pre-set content calendar
- Design bespoke, custom emails for customers
- Assist with the creation of creative A/B tests for display ads and emails
- Share A/B test results with customers and Client Success Managers to help guide them on design recommendations
- Video shortening and basic video editing
- Insert music and graphics
- Ensure video follows a logical sequence
- Design and update web pages and landing pages, ensuring brand consistency and responsive execution




- Apply responsive design principles across all web deliverables
- Execute ongoing website updates, landing page creation, and content refreshes for customers
- Optimize images and assets for web performance to ensure fast load times
- Use modern AI-assisted design and production tools where appropriate to accelerate workflows while maintaining a high standard for craft and quality
- Assist with the development and implementation of current processes and procedures
- On occasion, present information and results to key stakeholders and teams

Requirements

- Associate or bachelor's degree in graphic or web design field
- 1-4 Years experience designing high-quality web and digital experiences
- Skilled in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
- Solid visual design expertise in typography, layout, color, and branding
- Experience managing CMS platform (WordPress, Sitejet, Webflow)
- Understanding of SEO best practices and digital accessibility standards
- Understanding of responsive design principles and web-safe typography and layout
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative problem solver with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Exceptional ability to collaborate on visual design projects and integrate feedback
- Proficiency in keeping up with visual design technologies and industry trends
- Must be highly detail-oriented and self-motivated to prioritize and manage workload and meet critical project milestones and deadlines

Bonus Points

- Fluent in more than one language
- Previous experience designing HTML5 display ads
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with Salesforce, Sitejet, Google Workspace, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or writing and proofing copy
