Marketing & Sales Associate | Hyderabad

Role Overview:

Cyient Semiconductors is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Sales Associate to support business growth through marketing execution, customer engagement, sales enablement, and content development.

This role will work closely with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to develop compelling customer-facing content, support go-to-market initiatives, conduct market research, and drive strategic marketing activities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable understanding technical concepts and translating them into clear, impactful business narratives that support customer acquisition and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute marketing initiatives, campaigns, webinars, and industry engagement activities to enhance market visibility and support pipeline development.
- Partner with sales, engineering, and business teams to articulate Cyient Semiconductors value proposition, solutions, and capabilities.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and strategic insights.
- Develop high-quality customer presentations, sales collateral, solution briefs, case studies, and marketing assets to support business growth.




- Coordinate across multiple stakeholders to drive execution of key sales and marketing priorities.
- Create executive-ready presentations, business reviews, strategic reports, and leadership communications.
- Leverage AI-enabled and digital tools to improve productivity, content development, and go-to-market effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

- Engineering graduate with an MBA in Marketing.
- 1-3 years of experience in technology marketing, sales enablement, product marketing, business development, or related roles.
- Exposure to semiconductor, electronics, engineering services, software, deep-tech, or industrial technology sectors is an advantage.

- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into compelling customer-facing sales and marketing content.
- Strong presentation development, storytelling, research, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI and digital tools to improve productivity, content development, research, and execution.
- Robust business acumen with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering + MBA (Marketing Preferred)
