Key Responsibilities

A] Student Counselling

- Understand student aspirations, academic profile and career goals.

- Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses.

- Guide students and parents throughout the admission journey.

B] Sales & Relationship Building

- Conduct professional tele-counselling and video counselling.

- Handle walk-in students.

- Convert enquiries into successful registrations.

- Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

C] Admissions & Documentation

- Coordinate applications with universities.

- Ensure timely collection of documents.

- Support students throughout the admission and visa process.

- Maintain complete and accurate student records.

D] Continuous Learning

- Learn new countries, universities, scholarships and visa policies.

- Complete Prosper Learning Academy certifications.

- Attend regular product knowledge and sales training sessions.

CRM & Technology

- Update CRM accurately.

- Follow daily task planning and review systems.

- Use AI tools and technology to improve productivity.

E] Team Collaboration





- Work closely with Senior Career Architects.

- Support junior team members as you grow.

- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
