- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the integration of recent technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.
- Facilitate effective communication channels between cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Connect.
- Strong knowledge of cloud-based contact center solutions and their architecture.
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable software applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within software environments.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation to optimize workflows and processes.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and best practices.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Amazon Connect.
