Eat Better Co. is a fast-growing healthy snacking brand committed to making nutritious food delicious and accessible. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth inventory movement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Ensure accurate inward and outward entries of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
- Maintain inventory records and perform regular stock reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the Production, Procurement, and Logistics teams for timely material availability.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess inventory.
- Ensure proper storage practices to maintain product quality and safety.
- Prepare and maintain warehouse documentation such as GRNs, dispatch records, stock registers, and inventory reports.
- Conduct periodic physical stock verification and investigate inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure compliance with FIFO/FEFO inventory management practices.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatches and deliveries.
- Support warehouse audits and documentation requirements.
