Role Description The Senior Technical Writer will be responsible for planning, writing, and maintaining explicit, accurate documentation for complex SaaS, AI, and cloud products. This full-time, on-site role is based in Mani Majra and involves collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and marketers to develop technical manuals, API references, user guides, and solution briefs. Daily tasks include translating technical concepts into accessible content, standardizing documentation structures, reviewing and editing material for consistency and quality,



and aligning content with marketplace and AI visibility requirements. The Senior Technical Writer will also support knowledge-sharing across teams, contribute to documentation templates and style guides, and ensure all materials meet both technical and marketing objectives.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Technical Writing and Technical Communication to explain complex concepts clearly and accurately.
- Candidates should possess expertise in Technical Documentation and Documentation processes to plan, organize, and maintain structured content repositories.
- Candidates should possess experience creating Manuals and user guides, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting documentation.
- Experience documenting SaaS, cloud, or AI products, including APIs, integrations, and marketplace solutions.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in an on-site environment.
- Strong command of written English, attention to detail, and familiarity with style guides and version control tools.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as Technical Communication, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in a senior or lead documentation role, mentoring other writers and contributing to documentation strategy, is highly beneficial.
