Key Responsibilities

- Lead academic and administrative operations.
- Curriculum: Candidates should have exposure to both Cambridge and CBSE curriculum.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have successfully led or managed schools offering both curricula or have worked as a Founding Principal.
- Ensure effective implementation of the Cambridge curriculum.
- Drive academic excellence and student outcomes.
- Recruit, mentor, and evaluate staff.
- Manage school operations, compliance, and budgets.
- Build robust relationships with parents and stakeholders.
- Increase admissions and enhance the school's reputation.

Qualification

Master's Degree with B.Ed./M.Ed.

Cambridge leadership training preferred.

Experience

10–15 years in school education.

Minimum 5 years as Principal/Vice Principal in a Cambridge (CAIE) school.
