Quality Control Technician (SGR)

BHIWADI, India | Full-Time

We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Technician to oversee the Quality & operational processchecking parameters from raw material to finish positive of slide gate refractories. The ideal candidate will ensure maximum reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Qualifications s Skills

- Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Ceramic Engineering.
- 2-5 years of experience in Refractory & allied ceramic industry.
- Knowledge of raw materials, testing equipment & testing parameters of materials.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

Your role

- Ensure and check quality and process parameters of slide gate refractories on daily basis.
- Process Parameters check sheet maintain.
- Analysis of rejections and find out RCA.
- Collaborate with production team to minimize the rejection rate.
- Maintain accurate records of Process activities and prepare reports.

Compliance s Safety

- Ensure adherence to statutory requirements, safety standards, and environmental norms.
- Implement best practices for workplace safety and risk management.
