- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skilled growth and skill development.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate project progress and recommend improvements to optimize performance.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure PaaS.
- Experience with cloud-based application deployment and management.
- Strong knowledge of scalable architecture design and microservices.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in cloud environments.
- Familiarity with automation tools and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Understanding of security best practices within cloud platforms.
