Summary:

As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing contemporary frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the software solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance while adapting to evolving project requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end OTC and 3PL solution design, covering requirements, process mapping, and integration specifications.
- Own all 3PL interface flows using IDoc/API/CPI/EDI to ensure seamless logistics execution.




- Configure core SD processes including sales, delivery, billing, pricing, ATP, credit, and master data.
- Manage L3/L4 incident resolution, monitoring, root-cause analysis, and stabilization of SD–3PL integrations.
- Drive SIT/UAT, validate complete Q2C–3PL flows, and support cutover and hypercare activities.
- Act as SD/3PL SME collaborating with cross-functional teams, clients, and external logistics partners.
- Ensure compliance with SoD, audit requirements, and maintain accurate process and integration documentation.
- Mentor junior consultants and support capability building and talent evaluation activities.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
- Experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues.
- Familiarity with database management and data integration techniques.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 6 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
