Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for team decisions.

- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve system monitoring processes and tools to enhance overall efficiency.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support continuous learning and development.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Monitoring & Tools.
- Valuable To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Basis Administration.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system issues.
- Ability to work with monitoring dashboards and alerting mechanisms to maintain system health.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams to address technical challenges.
