Job Summary

Della Resorts & Adventure is seeking a creative and passionate Visual Content Creator to produce compelling visual content that showcases our luxury hospitality, adventure experiences, restaurants, weddings, events, and lifestyle offerings. The ideal candidate will be responsible for photography, photo editing, video editing, and creating engaging social media reels that align with the Della brand and drive audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Photography

- Capture high-quality photographs of the resort, luxury accommodations, restaurants, adventure activities, events, food, interiors, exteriors, guest experiences, and brand campaigns.
- Plan and execute creative photoshoots for marketing initiatives, promotional campaigns, and seasonal activities.
- Ensure all visuals reflect Della's premium brand standards.

Photo Editing

- Edit and retouch photographs using professional editing software.
- Perform colour correction, image enhancement, cropping, and optimization for digital and print platforms.
- Organize and maintain a digital library of visual assets.

Reels & Short-Form Content Creation

- Create engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form videos.
- Shoot and edit behind-the-scenes content, guest experiences, adventure activities, food, events, lifestyle experiences, and brand campaigns.
- Stay updated with social media trends, transitions, music, and content formats to maximize engagement.

Video Editing

Job Expectations





- Edit promotional videos, campaign content, event highlights, and social media videos.
- Add transitions, music, captions, motion graphics, and basic visual effects.
- Deliver content optimized for various digital platforms.

Content Planning

- Collaborate with the Marketing and Social Media teams to plan and execute content calendars.
- Suggest creative concepts and storytelling ideas that strengthen the Della brand.
- Coordinate with different departments to capture key experiences and campaigns.

Equipment Management

- Maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, and accessories.
- Ensure proper storage, maintenance, and backup of all visual content and equipment.

Required Skills

- Strong photography and photo editing skills.
- Experience creating engaging social media reels and short-form video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar editing software.
- Valuable understanding of composition, lighting, framing, storytelling, and branding.
- Ability to use DSLR/mirrorless cameras and mobile content creation tools.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and current social media trends.




- Excellent time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Photography, Multimedia, Film Making, Mass Communication, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–4 years of experience in photography, editing, and digital content creation.
- Experience in hospitality, luxury brands, travel, tourism, lifestyle, food, or commercial content is preferred.
- Candidates with experience exclusively in wedding photography/videography are not preferred. We are looking for professionals with a diverse portfolio across hospitality, lifestyle, commercial, travel, or brand content.

Additional Requirements

- The selected candidate will be based at Della Resorts & Adventure, Lonavala.
- The role requires travel to the Mumbai corporate office at least once a week for content planning, campaign discussions, and coordination with the Marketing team.
- Willingness to work on weekends and holidays, as required, to support events, campaigns, and resort operations.
