- Strong experience in Production Operations and Machining Shop.
- Must have hands-on experience in CNC Machines and Machining Processes.
- Proficient in Production Planning, Resource Planning & Operations Management.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives including 5S, TPM, Standardized Work & Safety.
- Lead Manufacturing Process Improvements, Productivity Enhancement & Continuous Improvement.
- Ensure compliance with IATF, OHSAS, Quality & Safety standards.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Engineering Graduate with 8+ years of experience in Production Operation, preferably from Automotive/Auto Component Manufacturing.
- Solid leadership skills with experience in team handling, production planning, problem solving & continuous improvement.
