We need help with triaging, organizing, and tracking DSATs and Bugs reported by users and auditors for Bing defensive.
No special technical/coding skills needed except for familiarity with excel and outlook.
Need to have basic understanding of RAI space, preferred if he has prior experience, else we can also train for this.
The candidate must have a strong sense of ownership and attention to details.
Follow instructions carefully and timely completion of work items and following SLAs
Typical day in the role.
- Track feedback/bug reporting system to identify freshly reported DSATs/Bugs
- Resolve using standard procedure for easy bugs.
Requirement:
3+ years of experience as Analyst or Support Analyst role
- MS Office
-Excellent communication - Written and Verbal fluency in English
- Triage bugs , Data etc. on email and or excel . Apply fixes for them using in-house tools.
