Responsible to process mortgage loan including the activities like Opening the file; Ordering documentation; Prequalifying applicant; Preparing disclosure statements; Submitting loan for approval.
Review the documents received and perform relevant due diligence before performing bau activities.
- Interpret and understand compliance documents and perform due diligence to comply with standard operation procedures.
- Frequently follow up with the Credit on the missing documents.
- Manage the exceptions and one-off transactions and follow the escalation metrics. Escalate on time when required.
- Meet & exceed the turn around time and accuracy rate as per the specified target. Have an eye for details
