We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Credit Controller to manage customer receivables, monitor outstanding payments, and maintain healthy cash flow. The role requires regular interaction with both domestic and international clients to ensure timely collections while maintaining strong professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor customer accounts and track outstanding receivables.

- Follow up with clients through email and calls for timely payment collections.

- Coordinate with the Sales and Finance teams to resolve payment-related queries and disputes.

- Prepare ageing reports and collection status reports.

- Reconcile customer accounts and ensure accurate payment allocations.

- Maintain regular communication with international clients regarding invoices and payment schedules.

- Identify overdue accounts and escalate high-risk cases when required.

- Ensure compliance with internal credit control processes and documentation.

- Support month-end closing activities related to receivables.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Collections, Finance Operations or relevant BPO voice process.

- Experience interacting with international clients will be preferred.
