Role Summary

Understands the technical complexities of online advertising, particularly Ads and also possesses a passion for helping customers succeed. Solving most challenging issues, acting as a technical consultant and trusted advisor for Ads customers. You'll leverage your troubleshooting skills to identify root causes, develop troubleshooting tools & solutions, and communicate effectively with diverse audiences. This role offers a unique blend of technical problem-solving, customer interaction, and strategic thinking,



giving you the opportunity to truly own the customer experience and drive positive change in the evolving Ads ecosystem.

Qualification/Experience

- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing with a robust focus on Ads.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex Ad campaign for large or enterprise-level clients.
- In-depth knowledge of Ads features, functionalities, and best practices across all campaign types (search, display, video, shopping).
- A customer first and empathetic mindset, and ability to own end to end experience and solutions
- Problem solving experience to develop strategic perspectives on customer-focused solutions
- Experience in business analysis to conduct analytics, develop dashboards, and make recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems and think critically
