Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP BASIS L3 Consultant with 10+ years of expertise in SAP BASIS administration and SAP HANA environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing complex SAP landscapes, ensuring high system availability, performance, security, and reliability. The role involves handling L3 support, system upgrades, migrations, troubleshooting critical production issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities
Provide L3 support for SAP production and non-production environments.
Perform SAP system installations, upgrades, patches, kernel upgrades, and system refresh activities.
Administer and maintain SAP HANA and SAP Net Weaver environments.
Monitor SAP system health, performance, and availability, and perform performance tuning.
Manage Transport Management System (TMS)



and transport requests across landscapes.
Execute SAP client administration, user administration, and system copies.
Plan and execute SAP migration, upgrade, and refresh activities with minimal downtime.
Configure and support High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) solutions.
Perform SAP backup, recovery, and database administration activities.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide root cause analysis (RCA).
Coordinate with functional, development, infrastructure, and database teams during deployments and issue resolution.
Ensure SAP systems comply with security standards, patch management, and audit requirements.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and knowledge transfer documents.
Participate in change management, release management, and production support activities.
