- 5+ years of production support experiences (inclusive good understanding ITIL
process).
- Strong technical knowledge with HCM Extract, BI Reports, OTBI, HDL (HCM Data
Loader), Spreadsheet loader, Fast Formulas.
- Strong functional knowledge in Redwood, Journeys, personalization , lookups,
values sets, work structures, area of responsibility , data roles and security.
- Added advantages on bi-directional interfaces for payroll, REST API, SOAP.
