Job Title : Billing & Subscription Analyst

Job Type: Full time

Experience: 1-2 years

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 1 2 years of experience in Subscription Billing, Billing Operations, or Subscription Management.
- Hands-on experience with one or more subscription billing platforms such as Zuora, Salesforce Billing, Financial Force, Chargebee, Stripe Billing, Recurly, Oracle, SAP, Net Suite, or similar billing solutions.
- Proficiency in managing the complete subscription lifecycle, including subscription creation, amendments, renewals, cancellations, and account maintenance.
- Strong understanding of recurring billing, invoice generation, payment processing, credit notes, refunds, billing adjustments, and dunning/payment retry processes.
- Familiarity with Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and subscription-based business models. Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Manage customer subscription accounts and billing operations throughout the subscription lifecycle.
- Create, update, suspend, renew, and cancel customer subscriptions accurately and on time.
- Generate recurring invoices, validate invoice accuracy,



and ensure timely billing execution.
- Process credits, refunds, billing adjustments, and write-offs in accordance with company policies.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles while maintaining data accuracy.
- Investigate billing discrepancies, resolve customer billing issues, and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Validate pricing configurations, discounts, taxation, and billing rules to ensure compliance.
- Monitor failed payment transactions, manage payment retry processes, and support dunning activities.
- Maintain accurate customer billing records and account information across billing platforms.
- Perform billing reconciliations between subscription billing systems and ERP applications.
- Prepare billing reports, operational dashboards, and billing performance metrics.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support billing operations and process improvements.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new billing features, enhancements, and system upgrades.
- Document business processes, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
