Develop responsive email templates using HTML, CSS, and Handlebars.js for energetic data rendering.
Create and manage SMS, IVR, and RCS templates using internal tools and Amazon Pinpoint.
Ensure cross-client compatibility by testing emails using tools like Email on Acid.
Convert designs from Figma into templates (as per project requirements).
Manage work via Jira, track defects in Octane, and maintain documentation.
Collaborate with teams effectively, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
