Job Title: Service Now SPM

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and customize Service Now SPM applications based on business requirements.
- Design and implement solutions across Demand, Project, Portfolio, Resource, and Strategic Planning modules.
- Develop workflows, integrations, and automation solutions using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams.
- Perform root cause analysis and support production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards.
- Support end-to-end SDLC activities including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Drive process optimization and automation within portfolio and project management functions.

Key Skills:





- 4.5+ years of experience in Service Now development and configuration.
- Certified Service Now Application Developer (CAD) preferred.
- Strong understanding of Service Now architecture and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Service Now Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Certifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Application Developer (CAD)
